I've made a change and decided that though I will try to plan my meals for two weeks out, I will only post a week's at a time. This way, I can also participate in Menu Plan Mondays...(click the link above to see what that's all about...) That and with the baby coming soon, who knows how long I'll actually follow the plan. We had so many leftovers last go around that I didn't make about 1/4 of the meals I had planned. So here goes again. I expect to get better at this, very soon. :)
